Utkrusht Tasks - Sneak Preview
I'm
Naman
. I spent 9 years in the US, working with Big Tech and then moving back to India to solve a problem that's been a tough nut to crack for 30+ years - hiring! Well, not really solve it but make a real dent in it! And.. I need your help!
Ever applied for a job and been ghosted? Ever been told by the recruiter your experience doesn't match the job?
We're trying to do something that allows you to "experience" real production applications.
Applying for a backend engineer? Solve a slow production grade API!
Applying for a frontend engineer? Fix a notification systems bug!
Applying for a DevOps engineer? Fix a broken docker deployment!
What's in it for you?
Real proof of work!
Whatever you solve is recorded and a public credential is generated out of it. You can put it on your resume / portfolio or give us the permission to apply for jobs on your behalf with that credential!
Next time when recruiters say you're a mismatch, you can send them a video certificate of you solving real problems in production environments. Watch them come back to you!
What will happen after I sign-up?
We'll reach out to you with a small link to a task. This is a timed task of 30-40 mins. It will involve you either building something real, or fixing an already production grade application or something like that.
After you finish the task, we transfer the github repository to you along with a credential!
