For experienced professionals in international development, climate and sustainability who want to build an independent consulting practice, alongside people at the same stage.
Over six months, you'll build the three things every independent practice runs on: a clear offer, a day rate you can defend, and a pipeline of conversations that turn into contracts.
What's included
Weekly live group sessions with a small group of peers.
Recorded lessons are watched beforehand, so live time is spent on your own situation, not on lectures.
Six private 1:1 sessions with me, one a month.
Written feedback on your core materials: your positioning, service description, rate card, outreach messages and a proposal.
Support between sessions in a private channel, on weekdays.
