Graduate Opportunities

Junior Buyer
To support supply continuity, cost optimization, and delivery performance. You will manage procurement programs, resolve supplier issues, and develop expertise in global semiconductor manufacturing.
TIG Welder
You will be performing high-precision TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and welding procedures. You will be ensuring weld integrity, product quality, safety compliance, and productivity while supporting manufacturing operations. This is a 12-hour day/night shift with flexibility to support overtime and weekend work when required.
CNC Machinist
For a CNC Machinist, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-precision components for our semiconductor manufacturing systems.

Supply Chain Manager (Semiconductor)
To support supplier management, sourcing, NPI and supply chain improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing semiconductor environment. Candidates with experience across Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Planning, NPI, Program Management or Factory Engineering are preferred.
Procurement Specialist
In this role, you will support material readiness, production continuity, and customer commitments across our global supply chain. You will manage material constraints, drive supplier recovery plans, and align material availability with factory build plans while proactively addressing supply risks and demand fluctuations.
Material Specialist
As a Materials Specialist. You will manage supply constraints, drive supplier recovery, and ensure material readiness to support our critical factory build plans.
Production Planner
In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, manage material availability and WIP, and work closely with Production and other cross-functional teams to keep manufacturing on track. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the right materials and resources are available at the right time to meet production and customer requirements.
Demand Planner
Responsible for developing and maintaining the Master Schedule, managing demand requirements, and ensuring effective material planning to support business and operational needs. The role drives consistent demand planning processes, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to optimize material coverage and cost.
Master Scheduler (Planner)
Support the development and execution of a feasible, capacity-constrained supply plan across Ichor’s global manufacturing network. In this role, you will balance demand, capacity, and material constraints, optimize production priorities, and partner with global and site teams to ensure plans are executable.
Logistics Specialist
Manage logistics operations, optimize transportation and warehousing, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and coordinate seamless delivery of components to support our global semiconductor supply chain.
Document Control Specialist
The Document Controller is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accuracy within the engineering change management and document control processes. This role manages engineering change activities and associated documentation within the designated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Learning & Development Specialist
In this role, you will identify capability gaps, develop learning plans, coordinate training programs and measure their effectiveness while partnering closely with managers, HR Business Partners, trainers and external providers. You will also play an important role in HRDC-related activities, competency development and continuous improvement of our L&D programs
HR Business Partner
In this role, you will provide hands-on HR support to front-line operations, partnering with Supervisors, Team Leaders and people leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies and compliance. The role serves as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, supporting day-to-day people and workforce matters.
Maintenance Engineer (CNC Machining)
Ensure the reliability, performance, and uptime of our CNC machining equipment and supporting manufacturing systems. In this role, you will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot CNC equipment, reduce machine downtime, and drive equipment reliability improvements.
Facility Technician
To oversee the maintenance and reliability of our building facilities and production utilities. You will be the primary lead in ensuring zero downtime for our production lines by managing equipment service, supervising external vendors, and upholding EHS and Fire Safety standards.
Material Handler (Warehouse)
Ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and timely support for our manufacturing and production processes.
