Content Lead / Videographer / Photographer: Captures the energy and legacy of Big Bens Socials. Responsibilities:

Film event footage (reels, recaps, teasers, Boiler Room–style content)
Edit high-quality video content for social + marketing
Capture behind-the-scenes moments
Organize and archive content assets
Help shape visual storytelling and brand identity

Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager" Drives non-ticket revenue and brand collaborations. Responsibilities:

Identify and pitch aligned brand partners
Manage sponsor relationships and deliverables
Build sponsorship decks and proposals
Coordinate on-site activations with partners
Track sponsorship ROI and renewals
Help position Friends + Family as a national brand platform

UGC Content Creator (Photo / Video / Reels): Captures authentic, in-the-moment content that feels real and social.

Responsibilities:

Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) during events Capture crowd energy, moments, details, and vibes (not overproduced). Post content in real time or within 24–48 hours post-event Tag and credit Big Ben's socials across platforms Follow creative direction while adding personal styleSubmit raw footage when requested

Volunteer – Event Support: Helps bring the event to life while being part of the culture. Responsibilities:

Assist with check-in, wristbands, guest list, and crowd flow Support setup, breakdown, and light production needs Help guide guests and answer basic questions Support brand activations and sponsor booths Maintain a positive, welcoming energy
