How to Register

All teams must register via this official form On-spot registration is strictly prohibited.

Payment

All payments must be made at the Accounts Office, LACAS Johar Town A-Level Campus. Teams unable to pay in person should contact +92 321 4395776 to make alternative arrangements. Those unable to pay in person will be charged rupees 500/- as a processing charge

Upon payment, each team will receive a stamped receipt. A scanned copy must be emailed by the Head Delegate, using the email address provided during registration, to lacasinnovision@gmail.com, with the delegation name and Head Delegate name clearly stated in the email. If a delegation fails to email a scanned copy of the receipt it will be assumed they have not paid.

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All unpaid registrations will be cancelled on 10 October 2026.

Rules & Eligibility

1. There is no limit on the number of delegations from a single institution.

2. Each delegation must consist of 3 to 6 members.

3. Each delegation may participate in only one category.

4. Delegates from different delegations may not compete as one team

5.Participation is open to O Level, A Level, and equivalent qualification students only (FSC, IB, Matriculation, Intermediate, High School, etc.).

6. No changes may be made to a delegation after registration is confirmed.

7. Team LACAS INNOVISION: Inaugural Edition reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time without providing reason, and to deny entry to any delegation/delegate.

8. All delegates must present a valid ID document (CNIC or passport) to gain entry into the event venue. Delegates without a valid ID will not be permitted entry.

9. All delegates must adhere to the Code of Conduct; failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification.

10. The host team reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

11. All decisions made by team LACAS INNOVISION: Inaugural Edition are final.
