Thank you for your interest in joining the TUM Blockchain Conference! We're committed to making this event accessible to students everywhere. (financial)-distance from Munich shouldn't be a barrier to being part of it. That's why we offer student travel grants.
The travel grant reimburses either your actual travel cost or a maximum amount based on your university's location (whichever is lower).
Category A: Germany (except Bavaria): Max 100 EUR + one free student ticket
Category B: European Union, UK, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Türkiye (except Category A): Max 200 EUR + one free student ticket
Category C: Countries outside Category A and B: Max 400 EUR + one free student ticket
- You're registered as a student at a university outside of Munich.
- You're curious about or already active in web3.
- You attend all days of the conference (29–31 October), verified via your ticket scan.
- If selected, you submit a valid ticket invoice after the conference for reimbursement.
We can only reimburse costs for which we receive a valid invoice (full name & address of applicant, provider name & address, invoice date, invoice number, service description, net/tax/total amount, provider's tax ID). Train tickets, booking confirmations, or delivery notes alone are not sufficient.
No fixed deadline. we review applications on a rolling basis, so applying early gives you the best chance.
