Volunteering Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Did We Sell Out?, a gathering exploring how Latino organizers, artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, and cultural workers navigate funding, growth, visibility, and institutional relationships while building spaces for our communities.

Volunteers will help us create a welcoming, organized, and accessible experience for attendees, participants, and Community Tables throughout the event.

We’re looking for support in areas including:

Event Setup & Breakdown — Help us prepare the space before doors open and reset the venue after the event.

Guest Welcome & Check-In — Welcome attendees, support check-in, and help guests navigate the event.

Community Table Support — Help participating organizations, artists, collectives, and small businesses get situated and supported throughout the day.

Panel & Workshop Support — Assist with room transitions, materials, wayfinding, and other programming needs.

General Event Support — Help wherever additional support is needed throughout the day.

You do not need prior event experience to volunteer. If you have particular skills or experience you’d like to contribute, we’d love to hear about those as well.

This form should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Event: Sunday, October 11th, 2026

Public Hours: 12:00–5:00 PM

Volunteer hours will vary by role, with some support needed before and after public hours.

As we get closer to October 11, you’ll receive additional details about your assignment, arrival time, and anything you’ll need to know for the day of the event.
