Hosted by NUST CEME, it is Pakistan's largest and most thrilling robotics competition, bringing together brilliant minds from universities nationwide. We are looking for passionate ambassadors who can promote this incredible event, engage their university/college/school communities, and contribute to this legacy of innovation. Are you ready to take on this exciting role?

Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Ambassadors will actively encourage and bring teams from their institute to participate in NERC, ensuring maximum representation.
• Ambassadors will effectively communicate all event-related announcements and updates to their peers, serving as the primary point of contact between NERC and their institute

• For All Ambassadors:

1. Institutional Leadership: To ensure focused representation, a single official ambassador will be appointed per university.
2. Formal Certification: All ambassadors will be presented with an official certificate of appreciation in recognition of their vital contributions to the event.
3. Exclusive Registration Benefits: Ambassadors and their designated teams will be eligible for early bird discounts, redeemable via the ambassador's unique credentials (CNIC).
4. Distinguished Event Access: Ambassadors will receive daily invitations to attend the event as honored representatives of their respective institutions.
5. Digital Recognition: Contributors will be featured across NERC’s official social media platforms, highlighting their dedication and impact within the robotics community.

• For The Best Ambassador:

The best ambassador will be determined by the highest number of successful registerations and their extraordinary efforts wont go unnoticed!
1. Premier Honors: The top-performing ambassador will be honored with a prestigious commemorative shield alongside a Certificate of Excellence and the Ambassador certificate.

2. Dedicated Spotlight: The winner will receive exclusive standalone promotion across all NERC social media channels, acknowledging their leadership on a national stage.

3. Gala Dinner Invitation: In recognition of their outstanding performance, the Best Ambassador will receive a complimentary invitation to the exclusive NERC 2026 Gala Dinner.
