Eye Heroes Global- Reimagining Healthcare fellowship application

The Reimagining Healthcare Fellowship is an 8-week, online programme for students in Years 10–12 (or equivalent) who want to better understand how healthcare works today and how it could be improved in the future.

Across the programme, fellows take part in Saturday live sessions with clinicians, founders, and professionals working in healthcare and social impact, alongside independent project work designed to fit around school commitments. Sessions are held between 4:00-6:00 PM (UK time) / 11:00 AM–1:00 PM (US Eastern Time) and typically last 30-60 minutes. Fellows will also have access to optional midweek talks and partner sessions for those who want to explore topics in more depth.

Rather than testing prior knowledge, the fellowship focuses on critical thinking and curiosity. Fellows work towards a final project where they explore a healthcare issue they care about and propose a thoughtful, realistic solution. Projects can be submitted as a short written proposal, a poster, or a slide deck.

Tasks are released once every two weeks and are designed to be manageable during term time. To receive a certificate of completion, fellows are expected to attend at least five live sessions and engage with the project work.

The programme runs from 7 February to 28 March. Selection is based on interest, written responses, and willingness to engage, rather than academic grades. No prior medical experience is required.

Before applying, please ensure you are able to commit to the programme dates and are comfortable participating in an online fellowship.

Applications **FINAL DEADLINE EXTENSION TO 28TH JAN**.
