Future Leaders Ambassador Programme: Mentoring Sign-up Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor for Making The Leap's Future Leaders Ambassador (FLA) Programme supported by the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF).
By completing this form, you are committing to mentoring one young person for four 1-hour sessions from May to September 2026, kicking off with a group launch session followed by one individual mentoring session per month.
These mentoring sessions are part of Making The Leap's Future Leaders Ambassador Programme. By acting as a mentor, you will be supporting your mentee with their goal to

either progressing into early careers or seeking employment, including those interested in the insurance industry. 

Mentoring sessions are likely to take place virtually, but there may be the opportunity to conduct some sessions in person. Making The Leap will confirm this with you before the Mentoring Programme starts.
