Provide Accurate Information

- Answer all questions truthfully and completely.

- Short or incomplete answers, may reduce your chances of selection.

- Enter your full name exactly as it appears in your passport. This is important for invitation letter, official documentation and certificate.

Processing Fee

A non-refundable fee of €14.99 is charged upon submission. This fee covers administrative costs for reviewing your application.

Delegate Fee (for Selected Participants)

If selected to participate, a delegate fee of €699 will apply. Payment instructions will be sent only to selected participants.

Selection Process

Participation is competitive. Submission of the form and payment of the processing fee does not guarantee acceptance.
