A few important things to know:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date.

• Remaining balance is due 48 hours before setup.

• The hotel room must be fully checked in and décor-ready at the scheduled setup time.

• Client is responsible for applicable hotel parking/access fees.

• Room access must be available at the scheduled setup time.

• We currently do not accept ACH payments.
