How your organisation got its email senders to pass DMARC

About 10 minutes. Please describe real events, not opinions. Short answers are fine, and "never happened" is a useful answer too.

I'm researching this problem to decide whether to build a product. Nothing is for sale here. I'm Hieu Tran; I use AI tools to help with this research, including drafting messages and organising responses. Answers are kept private and only shared in anonymised form.

Think of the last time you tightened DMARC (or decided not to yet), or a service's mail started bouncing or landing in junk because of SPF, DKIM or DMARC. What happened, and which service was it?

What did it cost: hours reading reports, tickets with the vendor, lost mail, a delayed move to reject, a client complaint?

Walk through how you got (or tried to get) each third-party sender aligned: how you found them, how you asked the vendor, what they answered, and what you did with the ones that couldn't.

What do you use or pay for today (Cloudflare, Valimail, EasyDMARC, dmarcian, Red Sift, an MSP, a spreadsheet, nothing)? What's still manual?
