Authorization and Release

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Boldly Branded Media Group LLC (the "Company"), its agents, employees, and assigned representatives, the absolute right and permission to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits, video recordings, or digital images of me (the "Content").

Scope of Use

I understand that this Content may be used in various formats, including but not limited to:

-Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

-Company websites and digital portfolios

-Marketing materials, advertisements, and editorial publications

-Video productions and commercial projects

Ownership and Compensation

I acknowledge that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these images or videos. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection with the Content. All original digital files and negatives remain the sole property of Boldly Branded Media Group LLC.

Liability

I hereby release and discharge the Company from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
