We’re looking for a business development intern to join our team to maintain and enhance day-to-day functions and processes such as administrative tasks, cross-departmental collaborations, partnership acquisition, inventory management, documentation, and quality control.

We're looking for process-oriented and results-driven folks who love to learn, use feedback to improve, and don't back down from challenges. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential partner companies, initiate communication, and foster relationships. Assist in executing sales activities to secure partnerships that align with Dormy's mission and goals. Operational Efficiency: Work cross-departmentally to streamline operational workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between different teams. Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory related to rental properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of available properties, pricing, and other relevant details. Collaborate with the team to ensure a well-maintained and organized property database. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of partnership agreements, sales activities, and operational processes. Generate regular reports that analyze key performance indicators and trends, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making. Quality Control: Support quality assurance initiatives by conducting periodic reviews of partnership agreements, sales communications, and operational processes. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or areas requiring improvement and take appropriate actions to address them. Sales Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, including market research, lead generation, and follow-up communications. Contribute to the creation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals to engage potential partners effectively. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging market opportunities. Present findings to the team, contributing insights that help shape Dormy's business development strategies.

Minimum Requirements: - Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or any related business field - Exhibit strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interactions with internal teams and external partners - Proficient in using Google Suite tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Gmail. - Familiar with Canva for design tasks and competent in conducting desk research using web and social media platforms.
