Communications - MGA is in need someone to create the newsletter and sends out occasional email blasts to the membership. This role is essential for the continuation of internal communications within the membership. The ability to use software like Canva or Mail Chimp would be great, but not essential. Use whatever platform you are comfortable with.

Key Grip - Markham Group of Artist owns equipment such as grids for the use of members and non-members.  Do you have a little space in a garage, shed or basement?  We need someone who can store our things and hand them over to people who rent them.  This position does not include the delivery of any items.  People must pick up the items from you.

Assistant Show Director -Learn about the set up and running of art shows under the guidance or our experienced Show Director, Carmela Casuccio 

Website management - If you like to work from home this is a great position. Learn how to update our website and post upcoming events.  You will be shown how to use Notion which is a fun organizational platform. You can sign up for the free version to organize your own art online.

Registrar - We are in need of someone who can look after the registration of new members.  This includes helping members who have trouble signing up, answering questions about membership and relaying membership information to the leadership team.  

Paparazzi -  Take photographs of our events and meetings for social media, the website and newsletter.  Smart phone photos are fine, no need for a telephoto lens. ; D

Digital Assets  - Works with the Advertising Director and the Communications Director to coordinate a Google archive of digital assets for communication and marketing. Supervises one high school student in the creation of a Google Photo archive. Supervises/coordinates one or two high school students who will record key MGA events

Social Media - Works with the Advertising Director and Communications Director to coordinate two high school students as they post gallery photos for shows.  Also supervises high school students as they expand their roles and create various digital media assets.
