Model & Serial tag will be on the appliance. Refrigerator - On interior side wall. Range - On frame where storage door closes against. Dishwasher - Either on side of the door OR frame where door closes. Microwave - Frame where door closes against. Washer & Dryer - Open the door tag should be on frame.

Complaint - be as detailed as possible. Ex- noisy during spin, no ice already replaced water filter, dryer thumping
