Welcome to The Donor Money Impact Funding Exchange!

The exchange promotes a broader adoption of Donor Money as a philanthropic currency while providing short-term liquidity for nonprofits & other Impact Enterprises.

What is Donor Money? Donor Money is a digital currency with a maximum supply of 20 million that can be used as a thank you reward, philanthropic gift card or grant making tool.

DM Purpose: Amplify positive impact through unity and increased funding by growing the usage and value of a common philanthropic currency.

DM Creation: Donor Money is granted as a reward for positive actions.

DM Use Cases:

· Sell to supporters to raise funds for your nonprofit or impact enterprise.

· Gift as a Philanthropic Gift Card that promotes the gift of giving.

· Donate & Grant to nonprofit and impact enterprises to create a circle of giving.

DM Unique Benefits:

· Promotes Collaboration & Mutual Exchanges.

· Creates a 2nd wave of funding when purchased Donor Money is donated.

· Managed to go up in value to turn cash donations into appreciated assets.

· Promotes Tax Efficiency.

Exchange Summary: Place Orders by 7:00 a.m. GMT each Tuesday (This is Monday night for many people).

Order Matching/Execution will occur weekly on Tuesdays.

Trade results will be announced by 19:00 GMT each Tuesday.

All Orders are treated as LIMIT ORDERS.

A limit SELL order means you are offering to SELL at the stated price or HIGHER.

A limit BUY order means you are offering to BUY at the stated price or LOWER.

Impact Ecosystem will be placing BUY ORDERS totaling at least $10,000 each week through December 3, 2024 at a minimum price of:

· $0.56 November 5

· $0.57 November 12

· $0.58 November 19

· $0.59 November 26

· $0.60 December 3

DM 1 Year Target Price: $4.20 per DM coin as of August 30, 2024. (Previously, this was referred to previously as the DM Retail Price.) The target price is currently 10 x the most recent trading price and should be viewed as a goal, not a promise or guarantee.

DM Fair Market Value: Like all currencies, price is a function of supply and demand. DM is designed to go up in price as use increases. The DM Impact Funding Exchange will help to determine the fair market value of Donor Money.

Donor Money Sales History

Exchange Rules:

You can place up to 3 limit orders that specify:

· Trading Date

· Buy or Sell

· Amount of Donor Money

· Per DM coin price in $USD

Everyone may place buy orders and must donate, grant or gift purchased DM within 3 years unless they have received permission to hold longer and/or sell purchased DM (in the case of Impact Enterprises).

Nonprofits & Impact Enterprises can utilize the DM Impact Funding Exchange to sell up to 50% of the total amount of DM they have received, or $10,000, whichever is less. (There are no limits when selling or rewarding DM directly to supporters)

Orders will be matched using the Order Matching in Pre-opening Session and Closing Auction Session (CAS) methodology described at https://algogene.com/community/post/27

Orders may get partially filled.

If you place multiple orders, all, none or some may get executed.

AFTER ORDERS HAVE BEEN MATCHED, SUCCESSFUL BUYERS AND SELLERS WILL BE CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER TO SETTLE TRANSACTION PAYMENT DIRECTLY WITH EACH OTHER. $USD is the Default Currency, but this can be changed by mutual agreement.
