High School Student Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Markham Group of Artists (MGA).
With MGA, you will work with one of our coordinators on specific tasks and in the process, you
will gain valuable workplace experience in communication, collaboration, culture, and
marketing. Our approach to getting things done is through task-oriented teams so that the
work is spread out across many hands making tasks lighter for all. We are thrilled to welcome
you to MGA!

Social Media Postings: Under the supervision of our Advertising Director, you will be posting event announcements and photographs of member artwork using Facebook scheduling tools (2-3 hours per week)
Photography and Recordings Associate: Creating a cloud-based archive of MGA digital assets including advertising and social media assets and event photos using Google Photos; attending MGA events to capture video recordings, upload them to social media and our YouTube archive. (2-3 hours per week)
