The aim of the 10-Step Self Screen is to provide you with an at-home mobility screen to help identify any movement or mobility issues before you begin training.
You can complete this screen with no equipment but a measuring tape and dowel/broom will come in handy if you have them.
This should take you roughly 10-30 mins to complete, full video instructions are provided
