I understand that by submitting this form, I am applying to become a Contributor Member of Ninth Heaven Literature & Arts Association Inc. trading as NHLAA Global, and I agree to comply with the Association’s Constitution, Code of Conduct, applicable policies, and contributor obligations.

I acknowledge that I have been given notice of the obligations applying to Contributor Members, including conduct, confidentiality where applicable, and intellectual property obligations relating to submitted work.

I agree to receive Ninth Heaven newsletters, contributor bulletins, editorial updates, membership communications, and other Association communications relevant to contributors and members.

I confirm that I own the submitted work or have the necessary rights to submit it, and that Ninth Heaven’s review, publication, promotion, or use of the work will not infringe another person’s rights.

I grant Ninth Heaven full editorial discretion to review, edit, revise, abridge, format, adapt, title, subtitle, excerpt, prepare, publish, archive, display, distribute, and promote my submitted work in whole or in part, in any medium, for purposes connected with Ninth Heaven’s editorial, publication, archival, promotional, administrative, charitable, literary, artistic, cultural, and educational activities. I acknowledge that Ninth Heaven may make editorial changes for clarity, consistency, length, style, formatting, publication standards, values, taste or institutional requirements.
