PRIVACY NOTICE — FOUNDING PARTNER APPLICATION

Resolve Recover Ltd is the data controller responsible for this application list. For questions about your personal information or to exercise your rights, contact info@resolverecover.com.

We collect your email address, any optional name, business name and business location you provide, the areas in which you would most value Resolve’s help, your response about providing occasional feedback, and the associated submission and consent records. With your consent, we use this information to manage and assess your Founding Partner application, contact you about potential access and send relevant Resolve launch updates.

Applying is voluntary. Name and business name are optional. Applying does not create a platform account or start your complimentary 12-month period.

We use Tally to collect responses and Google Workspace Sheets to maintain a private copy. Within Resolve, access is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to manage the application list. These providers and their service providers process information to operate the services.

Tally stores form responses in Europe. Google Workspace may process information outside the UK. For applicable transfers of UK personal data to the United States, Google relies on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Other restricted transfers are covered by the applicable safeguards in Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum, including standard contractual clauses where required. Contact info@resolverecover.com for information about these safeguards or how to obtain a copy.

We keep active application-list entries for no longer than 12 months from applying unless you renew your permission. Deletion is managed manually in both Tally and Google Sheets. Provider backup and recovery copies may remain temporarily under their deletion procedures.

You can withdraw consent or object to further marketing at any time by emailing info@resolverecover.com or replying to an update asking us to stop. No reason is required. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand.

We remove withdrawn entries from the active list and retain only a minimal separate do-not-contact record for as long as necessary to respect your request and prevent accidental further marketing.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information where applicable. Contact info@resolverecover.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

We do not use this application list to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Email me about my Resolve Founding Partner application, potential access and relevant launch updates. I can opt out at any time.
