In order to participate in this programme, your team and project must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Your company is a registered business in the UK. • At least 50% of your company's leadership is of a marginalised gender. • All team members are 18 years of age or older. • You can commit to completing learning modules and milestone assignments, and attending all required meetings (approximately five hours a week). • You have a vertical slice of your game. • Your team has a history working together on a completed project.
