I am a serious beginning creator and want to build an audience. Therefore, I want Bill to keep me accountable for my goal for the next year. 

I'll share my publications in public on Twitter, so Bill and others can follow my progress. 

I understand that I have to pay Bill to keep me accountable ($19), and that I don't get this money back if I don't keep up with my goal. This will help me to stay accountable. 

My goal and progress will also be shared by Bill with the other participants. I am aware that these people will also see when I don't keep up with my goal.  

I know that I have to leave Bill's community when I don't keep up with my goal.
