☝️ Generation 1 app & bike connectivity or firmware update issues, see this guide here.
☝️ “Looks like this bike is missing some data” message when connecting
☝️ Authorisation issues such as “Bike is owned by someone else” or “Order number not found”.
☝️ Account issues, such as “I can't log in via e-mail or phone”, forgotten passwords etc.
