About the opportunity

As a founding member of our Display and AMC team, you will help craft the company's roadmap around Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and DSP (Demand Side Platform). You'll be working with customers, and come up with ideas and innovative solutions that can power our customers strategies.

Responsibilities

- Work on and execute Adbrew's roadmap around AMC and DSP integration within our adtech platform.
- Identify new AMC use-cases, experiement and write SQL queries around them.
- Work with customers on their requirements to provide them with end-to-end solutions using AMC and DSP.
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, tracking payments and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or higher)
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience managing DSP and writing AMC queries.
- Strong SQL and data analytics skills.
- Candidates with upto 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
