RoadHire Operator Agreement & Disclaimer
By creating a profile and accepting work through RoadHire, you agree to the following:
1. Information Accuracy
I confirm that all information provided in my profile, including certifications, tickets, experience, and qualifications, is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.
2. Independent Contractor Status
I acknowledge that I am acting as an independent contractor and not an employee of RoadHire. I am solely responsible for my own taxes, insurance, certifications, and compliance with all applicable laws and job requirements.
3. Job Responsibility & Conduct
I agree to perform all accepted work in a safe, professional, and competent manner. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions, safety, and decisions on any job site.
4. Liability Waiver
I agree that RoadHire is not liable for any injury, loss, damages, disputes, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after a job. All work arrangements are ultimately between myself and the hiring company.
5. Payment Acknowledgment
I understand that RoadHire facilitates connections between operators and companies. While RoadHire may assist in coordinating payment, I acknowledge that payment for work is tied to the hiring company and job completion terms.
6. Platform Use
I agree to use the platform in good faith and not to bypass RoadHire for active job connections initiated through the platform.
