Purpose: grow trust + recruit quality contractors + support homeowners
Core duties: outreach, referrals, on-boarding support, documentation readiness, local partnerships
Integrity rules: no pay-to-play promises, no guarantees of approval, no misrepresentation of affiliation
Conduct: professional communications, nonpartisan/public-interest posture, conflict disclosure
Accountability: activity may be reviewed; stewardship can be revoked
Compensation: Earn commissions/residuals on measurable growth i.e. contractor applications, certifications and homeowner membership (subject to program terms)
Introduce qualified contractors and community partners to the Alliance.
Help applicants understand documentation and readiness expectations.
Support homeowners’ understanding of the trust model (without making promises). Report risk patterns early and follow program guidance
