A free test by a student in Padova.
Paste a room listing and I'll look for risk signals: money asked before you can see the room, the same post under different names, no contract...
If I see a serious red flag, I tell you for free. A fuller written report (what I found, questions to ask, messages ready to send) costs €5, and it's optional.
It's a risk signal, not a guarantee, and not legal advice. It can miss a well-written scam. This is a personal project, not connected to the University.
Va bene anche in italiano.
Copy and paste the post. Please remove other people's names and phone numbers. (Togli nomi e telefoni di altre persone.)
If you have already written to them, paste their messages here.
