My name is Olga Klamut. I am a psychologist, a PhD Candidate at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University Prague, and research supervisor at MindBerry. This study is conducted in collaboration between Charles University and Mindberry.
This study explores how small, consistent wellbeing practices may support resilience over time.
• Using a psychologist-designed wellbeing app for 28 days.
• Completing two short questionnaires: now and after 28 days.
