ROADHIRE – CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
By submitting this request, the Client (“Company”) agrees to the following terms:
1. Services
RoadHire agrees to source and refer qualified workers based on the Company’s request. RoadHire is not the employer of the workers and is not responsible for their actions, performance, or conduct on-site.
2. Payment Terms
The Company agrees to pay all invoices in full.
A valid credit card must be provided and kept on file.
The Company authorizes RoadHire to charge the card for all approved work, including placement fees, hourly rates, or agreed service charges.
3. Responsibility & Liability
The Company assumes full responsibility for all workers once they arrive on-site.
RoadHire is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from work performed.
4. Indemnification
The Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RoadHire from any claims, disputes, damages, or legal actions related to the workers or job site.
5. Accuracy of Information
The Company confirms that all job details provided are accurate and agrees that workers will be used only for the described work.
6. Acceptance
By signing below, the Company agrees to these terms and authorizes RoadHire to proceed with fulfilling this request.
