Attract Clients Like a Band 1 Firm

We are focused on band ranking and the quality of the work we take on. We want to attract higher value clients to raise our average hourly rate.

We’d like to attract high value clients directly instead of relying on referral partners or partner firms.

We just need to bring more potential clients through the pipeline. Once we do, we have an efficient process for serving clients.

We want to be the most recognizable firm in our market. We want to expand our firm’s footprint by absorbing more attorneys and serving more clients.

We want to build an enduring practice we can sell, so we’d like to shift away from founder-led sales to a scalable process.

We’ve invested in traditional media but audiences have shifted to social media where they are harder to reach.

We’ve invested in events and conferences, but this only allows us to reach a fraction of our target market.

We’ve worked with marketing partners before, but they all say the same thing and none have been able to move the needle.

Our business has always come through founder or partner led sales, so we never looked for a better option.

We’re doing some marketing in-house, but it isn’t really our core expertise.
