MaternityLink: Data Validation Strategy

Your Journey to Motherhood: Help Shape a Safer, More Inclusive Future  "Whether you are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, or have experienced a pregnancy in the past (including losses), your story matters. We are building MaternityLink to ensure no woman's history is lost. Your anonymous feedback will directly shape a safer system."

The aim of this survey is to systematically capture patient-reported experiences of maternity care, including:

- Feeling heard, supported and respected

- How information was shared between care settings

- Any challenges you faced accessing care or information

- Ideas for positive change in maternity care

Your responses will contribute to evidence-based evaluations that inform local and national quality improvement activity.

Participation is voluntary and all answers will remain confidential and anonymised.Estimated completion time: 5–10 minutes.
