I love the space that opens when someone gets to think out loud without needing to immediately defend, explain, fix, or judge what comes up.
Because sometimes we don't need someone to give us the answer.
We need somewhere to put all the pieces.
We need good questions.
We need context.
We need enough room to recognize patterns, contradictions, priorities, desires, and choices that are difficult to see when they're all happening at once.
And then we need the freedom to decide what they mean for ourselves.
