- 3-5 years in luxury hospitality sales, preferably with boutique properties
- Strong track record in pre-opening revenue strategy
- Experience with seasonal pricing and occupancy management
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with flexible hours and weekend work when needed
