Adshree is a attention MarkeTech product (saas) that helps local businesses buy/rent guaranteed visibility through a network of creators, content, and distribution systems hyperlocally.

Instead of relying on slow, unpredictable marketing (ads, agencies, word-of-mouth), Adshree gives businesses instant access to attention - the only thing that actually drives sales.

We operate at the intersection of:

This is an execution-focused environment. We work fast, expect ownership, and prioritize results over activity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. This is not a casual internship. 2. This is a performance-driven role within an early-stage startup.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE 1. Certificate of Completion (on successful tenure) 2. Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) 3. Opportunity to work closely with Founder’s Office 4. Potential long-term / paid opportunity for top performers
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT 1. Minimum commitment: 3 months 2. Work structure: Remote 3. Expected time: 2–4 hrs/day (flexible but output-driven) 4. Daily reporting required 5. Only immediate joiners will be considered

6. Failure to maintain communication or performance may lead to termination. 7. If get selected, you'll get the actual tenure on LOA via e-mail.

SELECTION PROCESS 1. Application submission 2. Shortlisting the qualified candidates. 3. Interview within 24-48 business hours (fit + thinking ability) 4. Final decision made with LOA or Rejection within 48 hours via mail.

Selected candidates must confirm within 48 hours.

Regarding Waitlisted Applicants (if, you get)

Adshree places only strong candidates on the waitlist who showed potential but did not fully meet our current interview criteria.

1. If you do not receive an update within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful. 2. Selected waitlisted candidates may initially be offered a 3-month tenure. Based on performance, this may be extended. We appreciate your interest and wish you the best for your future opportunities!
